Meet The Builder

Architecture and the desire of building has been in Zoltan’s Heart since early childhood. As a teenager Zoltan worked with his Father as a concrete, masonry, and brick laborer on job sites all throughout Central Florida. Since High School, he gradually worked through the so called “ladder” in all phases of construction, progressed from construction laborer to assistant superintendent. then from superintendent to project manager giving him a very solid foundation of all aspects of building.

 Zoltan uses his background to perfect each project with the superb quality and attention each home and customer deserves. Zoltan’s knowledge of schedules, budgets and workmanship allows him to build on time, within reasonable budgets while using highest quality of materials and craftsmanship.

 Zoltan enjoys going to the movies, enjoys playing sports- especially golf, tennis, soccer, basketball and football and supports Manchester United Soccer team. Played college soccer at FIU and before moving to the states was on the Hungary U15 National Team. Zoltan is Married to his lovely wife Sol, and lives in Winter Park with their dog named Mia.
